Hi I'm Nada Mostafa, founder of Whole Health and a dedicated health and fitness coach for Muslim women. I’m SO HAPPY you’re here!
As a kinesiologist, certified personal trainer, and yoga teacher, my mission is to help Muslim women build strength, confidence, and lasting health—without compromising their values. I believe in a holistic approach that blends fitness, nutrition, mindset work, and Islamic principles to create a sustainable and fulfilling lifestyle.
My coaching style is rooted in education (so you always understand the ‘why’ behind your plan), empathy (because I know real life plays a BIG role in your journey), and accountability (to ensure you stay consistent and see results).
