I’m Nada, a kinesiologist, NASM Women’s Fitness Specialist, Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach, and certified yoga teacher. My approach to health was shaped by my own experience navigating body image struggles, diet culture, and disconnection from my body at a young age, which led me to study the human body deeply and redefine wellness beyond restriction and punishment. Through education, yoga, and a faith-centered lens, I learned to approach health with self-acceptance, nourishment, and purpose. Today, I coach women using a whole-health approach that blends movement, nutrition, mindset, and spirituality—helping them build strength, consistency, and a sustainable relationship with their bodies that aligns with their values.

Our Mission

My mission is to empower Muslim women to embrace their health in a holistic way, recognizing that our well-being is deeply connected to our spirituality. Often, we’re taught to separate the two, but I believe that true nourishment comes from aligning our actions with our values. This program is designed specificaly for you, addressing the unique chalenges many of us face. My goal is to help you cultivate a happier, more balanced life, where you can thrive physicaly, mentaly, and spiritualy. I’m here to support you every step of the way, and I can’t wait to get started inshallah!
